Aplus Consultancy operates under the umbrella of Andalus For Trade and Investment LLC, a family-owned company with a proud heritage that spans over three decades. Our journey began in 1990 in Dubai, UAE, where our founders launched a successful Optical Clinic and retail shop, serving the local community with dedication and excellence for 17 years.

Established by a visionary Afghan family, our roots are grounded in integrity, hard work, and a passion for creating value across diverse sectors. In 2007, the family expanded their business into Istanbul, Turkey, shifting focus to the real estate market. Over the course of eight years, they built a reputable real estate firm specializing in the sale of apartments, villas, and chalets, while also offering services in permanent residency and investment opportunities across Turkey.

In pursuit of broader horizons and new opportunities, the company relocated to Muscat, Oman, where Aplus Consultancy was officially established as a key division under Andalus For Trade and Investment LLC.

The parent company, Andalus For Trade and Investment LLC, along with its broader portfolio, is led by Yousef Ghafoori, an accomplished entrepreneur with a distinguished track record in healthcare, real estate, and international trade.

Meet The Team

Yousef Ghafoori

Yousef Ghafoori is the Owner and Co-Founder of APlus Consultancy, with over a decade of experience in real estate, sales management, and international investment consulting across Oman, Turkey, and the UAE.
He has successfully guided more than 600 clients in achieving their property and education goals, earning a reputation for trust, professionalism, and results. Before founding APlus Consultancy, he held senior positions at Muriya Developments, Rikaz Real Estate, and Yildirim Yapi Group, building deep expertise in market strategy and client relations.
Leading a multilingual team, Yousef oversees operations spanning multiple industries and countries, ensuring APlus Consultancy remains a trusted name in real estate, education, and global investment services.

Nada Zrir

Nada Zrir is the Co-Founder and Head of Education Consultants at APlus Consultancy, where she leads international partnerships and student placement programs with a focus on quality, integrity, and personalized guidance. With a strong background in business administration, education counseling, and international sales, she helps students secure placements at top universities around the world.
Over the years, Nada has successfully supported more than 400 satisfied clients, earning a reputation for her professionalism, dedication, and results-driven approach. She has gained extensive international experience across Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt, and Oman, working with leading organizations in education, healthcare, and investment sectors.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Nada is passionate about empowering students and expanding global academic collaborations.

Hamed Rahmani

Hamed Rahmani, is a seasoned Marketing, Branding, Communications, and Advertising professional with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries including automotive, financial technology (PSP), advertising, and home appliances.

​He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, a combination that provides him with a rare balance between analytical precision and creative strategy.

​Throughout his career, Hamed has played a pivotal role in designing, leading, and executing fully integrated (360-degree) marketing campaigns, while spearheading digital strategy and brand communications initiatives across regional markets.
His approach — built on the synergy between data-driven analysis, creative storytelling, and brand message coherence — has consistently led to projects that deliver both measurable commercial impact and long-term brand equity growth.

Renowned for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, align communication strategies with business objectives, and navigate brands through volatile and competitive markets, Hamed combines strategic clarity with operational discipline.
